The answers to your questions
Once the request form is filled, you will receive by email the return form. Once the product is received by us, we proceed to its verification, and if it has not been damaged, the contract ends automatically. You will then receive an email confirming the end of the contract.
You must send it back to us at least 7 working days before the date of the next direct debit, as evidenced by the postmark, to enable us to stop the direct debit. For example, if you paid your last monthly instalment on1 March, you must post it by 23 March at the latest.
If the product is too damaged and cannot be returned, we reserve the right to retain between 29 and 60€ depending on the condition of the product by deducting the corresponding monthly payments from your bank account.
29€ = outer cover or inflatable inner cover of the Liberty cushion unusable.
58€ = cover AND interior unusable
Yes, this is quite possible.
Specify this request in the message part of this form or write to us at hello@mumade.fr, we will send you an email with a specific code to pay for the cushion so that you can keep it.
Once the payment is made, the debits will be stopped and you will be the owner of the nursing cushion.
