data-end=\"7463\">Inspired by the <strong data-start=\"7170\" data-end=\"7191\">Dalla Lana Method<\/strong>, I share here how to <strong data-start=\"7213\" data-end=\"7250\">support non-breastfeeding mothers<\/strong> with the same gentleness, warmth, and awareness as those who nurse.<br data-start=\"7318\" data-end=\"7321\" \/>Because nourishing a baby is not just about filling a tummy \u2014 sometimes painful, sometimes freeing.<br data-start=\"7839\" data-end=\"7842\" \/>But what\u2019s missing almost everywhere is <strong data-start=\"7882\" data-end=\"7899\">true guidance<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"7900\" data-end=\"7903\" \/>In hospitals, bottles are handed out \u2014 yet few explain <em data-start=\"7958\" data-end=\"7963\">how<\/em> to feed in a mindful, physiological way.<\/p><p data-start=\"8008\" data-end=\"8104\">When a mother doesn\u2019t breastfeed, her body doesn\u2019t experience the same <strong data-start=\"8079\" data-end=\"8101\">hormonal landscape<\/strong>:<\/p><ul data-start=\"8105\" data-end=\"8272\"><li data-start=\"8105\" data-end=\"8145\"><p data-start=\"8107\" data-end=\"8145\">less oxytocin (the bonding hormone),<\/p><\/li><li
